Welcome to Source in Africa! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Source in Africa Marketplace (the "Marketplace") and its related services, provided by USAfrica Trade and Business Network ("USAfrica Trade and Business Network," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the platform, you agree to comply with these Terms:

1. Acceptance of Terms: By accessing or using the Marketplace, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Marketplace.

Intellectual Property: The Marketplace and its content, features, and functionality are owned by USAfrica Trade and Business Network and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise use the Marketplace or its content except as expressly authorised by these Terms.
6. Modifications to Terms: We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Marketplace after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
7. Termination: We may terminate or suspend your access to the Marketplace at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice or liability. Upon termination, your right to use the Marketplace will immediately cease.
8. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Marketplace shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [insert jurisdiction].
